Hi Humans!
Here is your periodical dose of “Stay Curious,” a list of what I’m currently doing, thinking about and exploring.
What I’m Utilizing — YouTube never fails me to expand my curiosity cravings like crazy this week. I’m a bit science nerd, conspiracy theory buff and esoteric adventurer. Check out these videos that piqued my interest in the last week:
Don’t miss: UFO Congressional Hearing
What I’m Reading — I recently read several books regarding diet and nutrition. One of my favorites was The Blue Zones Secrets for Living Longer: Lessons From the Healthiest Places on Earth, which is surprisingly in the news again related to a new Netflix special that was released. I also wrote a corresponding blog post about what I learned from each book entitled: Is There A “One Size Fits All” Diet?
What I’m Listening to — I just finished up listening to an audiobook by Peter Adams called Visualfestation: How I Manifested the Life of My Dreams & You CAN TOO! You can access a free version on YouTube here. The book is somewhat like a guide that will show you exactly how to manifest the life of your dreams. Unlike other books about the law of attraction, the author has successfully used the system to manifest miracles in his own life, and he shares them with us.
I have stopped listening to music on my drive to work; in place I listen to Audiobooks, Podcasts or YouTube. One of my favorite books is Outliers by Malcomn Gladwell, which you can listen to for free on YouTube. I do however still listen to music quite a bit as it helps me to cope with stress, feeds my soul and brings me joy. Did you know that I have curated several “sleep sound” playlists through my sister YouTube Channel Cloud Nine Sleep?
What I’m Curious About — I re-watched the documentary called Fantastic Fungi on Netflix and was reminded about how amazing fungi are and how beneficial they are to our environment and our bodies, as well as our mental health. The taboo subject of “Magic Mushrooms” and hallucinogens in general are starting to be explored scientifically as it has been shown to improve symptoms for people suffering with depression and PTSD. The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is currently doing research in this field, and you can participate as well. If you are interested in participating, click here.
Quote of the Week — “Give me kind as fuck and “B” skills over complete asshole with “A+” skills. How you interact with the other boys and girls matters the most!”
- Gary Vaynerchuk

Recommended Product of the Week — As I am trying to get better at remembering to take my supplements and increase my overall hydration, I have been using my Bubba insulated cup more frequently in hopes that I won’t have any excuses NOT to take my vitamins.
And, as always, please send me feedback on X (Twitter) or on one of the other social media outlets linked below. Which topic is your favorite? What do you want more or less of? Other suggestions?
